What Does Leading Look Like?

We need more leaders. And better ones. So we're hosting IRL meetups to equip people with the skills they need to lead in this era, tackle the barriers to leadership that are holding us back, and work towards a future where everyone can lead.

Come to our launch event where we're kicking things off with intimate public interviews of some incredible leaders inspiring their sectors, challenging assumptions about what leadership looks like, and speaking to what's really required of those of us who step up to lead. This week, we're featuring Hilary Doe (Vice President of Strategy, NationBuilder) laying out some truth bombs on the data around what makes leaders successful, as well as Alexis Wichowski (Press Sec. + Senior Advisor, NYC Dept. of Veteran's Services), and Taylor Jo Isenberg (Managing Director, Economic Security Project). 

Real talk, with real leaders, (and some drinks for good measure) as we dig in together!  

Plus, we'll be calling on you to tell us what you need, for instance:

• Who else should we partner with?

• What should these meet-ups deliver so we can bust down barriers and equip each other?

• Should we offer regular trainings on fundraising, facilitation, digital organizing and the other things that make leaders successful?

• Should we host user meet-ups to share best practices for folks on NationBuilder?
